cannt instal my purchased version

patrioticwolf121@gmail.com has purchased Locus Map pro a year ago but now i can not instal purchased version of Locus Map pro.. although same tab and same email.

so plz resolve this issue and help me to get back purchased Locus map pro version

Hello.

You can try delete the temporary memory of the Google Play application

(Menu > Settings > Application Manager > Google Play Store > Clear data)

and restart your device.

i hv performed above mention steps but even then when installing Locus Map pro, asking to buy again.... Although i hv purchased a year before and functioning properly but due to sm problem in Tab i performed factory rest then again wd same email patrioticwolf121@gmail.com trying to instal but unable.. and asking again to buy

Hello.

Your Locus Map Pro license has no time limit, you can use it as long as you wish on as many devices as you want. The only condition is to install with the same Google account as on which it was purchased. Please check your payment at https://pay.google.com.

Please verify that you have most recent version Google Services, Google Store.

please tell me how may i check from google play store... coz as pr ur under mention instructions of checking, google play store will b deducting an other amount for purchasing Locus map pro...

Hello.

At this link https://pay.google.com you will see payments related to the Google Account you are logged into. If you don't see the LocusMap payment there, try another email.
