Good day Giovanni,
usually there are two ways
1) automatic - if you own Locus Pro, you may enable in menu > settings > navigation > automatic recalculate
2) manual > when you tap on navigation arrow during navigation, you have got into main navigation menu. Here is also button "recalculate".
Hope this is what you need. Feel free to ask if something isn't clear.

Yes, but if i click on recalculate, Locus will continue to evaluate the road blocked !! Or not ??

As sorry, you're right. When I usually test it in the field, I just choose different way and recalculate usually helps to choose different way.
Anyway what you probably expect, is what has advanced navigation apps - disable certain part of route and find alternative way, right? This is very nice feature, unfortunately Locus isn't able to do this for now, sorry.
