Change the display of laps on the map to avoid clutter

When recording a track while skiing, I have my lap unit set to 1 km. When I ski several laps, then display them on the map, the km markers are labeled with: km, including one decimal point, and elevation. Skiing 20 km around a 5 km course results in lots of overlapping labels (see attached screenshot), when all I really want to see are the km numbers as integers (no decimal points). It would be nice to have control over how those lap labels are displayed on the map.
