Changed root to sd card, but all folders not moved at the same time?

So I changed the root folder to be on my phone's SD card. That worked fine.
However, all the sub-folders appear to remain where they were before, using internal memory. I had assumed that changing the root folder would change all the sub-folder locations as well. It is kind of a pain to go to each sub-folder setting and navigate to the folder on the SD card. Why aren't they all moved to the SD card at once?

Ok, it appeas that they were pointing to the right place, but they still showed "/sdcard/..." instead of the actual SD storage location. After I moved one of the subfolders to the new location (it was already there, but showed the wrong location in the list), and then exited the app, THEN it showed the correct subfolders for all the subfolder items.
So is this a glitch?
