Changing of track color and thickness does not work

Christian Jung shared this problem 9 years ago
Solved

Hello support Team,

Unfortunately the function to change the color and thickness of imported gpx tracks does not work anymore since the last update. Tracks are always displayed in standard blue and standard thickness after import, no matter what the configuration for the color and thickness is. Resetting the config and reimporting tracks did not help. Deleting the cache didn't help either.

Please fix this. Thanks a lot in advance and keep up the good work!

Chris

Alright, you got me. I didn't watch your clip in its entirety before, sorry. The part where you deselect 'use folder style' solved my problem! Thanks a lot and sorry about my incompetence ;) Is this folder style option new? Because I never had to do that before? Anyway, thanks a lot four your help! Problem solved!! :)

Hello guys, Christian,

sorry for a long delay in answer.

There are two possibilities, what may happen after import of track

  1. GPX file contain track and this track has defined color. In this case, Locus use this color and set "use style from folder" to "false"
  2. Track in GPX do not have any style. In this case "use style from folder" is set to "true"

If something happen in unexpected way for you, please share your GPX file and I'll check it.
