Checkboxes aren`t redrawn

I have small issue with checkboxes in data manager or waypoint selection menu.
If I click them, they don`t display or hide ticker. But their state changes "internally".
E. g. I open geocache`s waypoints, I click one of them but it`s still unchecked. Then I close this menu and open it again. Waypoint is checked now.
I also noticed that some wpts in data manager are displayed twice and if I click one of them, the other one un/checks.
edit: I found that checkboxes in data manager behave oddly if list is scrolled down...
This appears on my Nexus S with stock android 4.1.1

I know I know, it`s another of my nightmares. Something has changed in latest versions of android and my custom lines with checkboxes aren`t redrawn as in previous versions, nice. And even after few hours of searching and testing I wasn`t able to fix (sometimes I also noticed that this work correctly, sometimes not ...).
Anyway I count with it and will have to fix as soon as possible.

Hmmm, I thought it is issue in Jelly Bean. I hope Google release update soon because this 4.1.1 has really lot of annoying bugs. :-/
