I can not download the maps of Northern Italy and Chile. There is no information what the reason for this is. Only the inscription " Process unsuccessful". I want to assure you that this is terribly irritating.

did you try to repeat/restore the action? Do you have a quality internet connection? Do you have enough space in your phone memory? Keep in mind that the map download requires free space at least double the size of the map itself.

The Internet is fast and good, I have enough free space. I managed to download the map of Chile, but with Northern Italy the problem remains.

I have to hand this over to a colleague who is responsible for the Store. I myself can't do anything more from my position - I downloaded northern Italy LoMaps successfully twice on different devices. The colleague, however, is out of office this week so he'll contact you as soon as he's back.

Menu > Settings > Miscellaneous > Default directories (I'd like to especially know the location for 'mapsVector' folder.
