Clickable North Arrow

I noticed that Locus shows a reddish North Arrow now when the map is not pointing straight north. Very nice. It would be even better if that North Arrow was clickable to turn off the map rotation, just like in Google Maps.

I know there is a button in the zoom toolbar for map rotation settings. But toolbars are so spacewastingly nineties :-). Besides, the zoom toolbar is really almost obsolete now with all those nifty new zoom features (auto zoom lock, zoom in with double click, zoom out with twofinger click).

So my idea for the north arrow:

If map rotation is on, it is rendered with 80% opacity and clicking it will turn map rotation off.

If map rotation is off, it is rendered with 20% opacity (just barely visible) and clicking it will turn map rotation on.

Long clicking it could show a little menu, just like most toolbar buttons. It could allow toggling the view-direction-display and calling the sensor settings page.
