Closed roads ignored in planner

There are at least two places where I hike frequently and where are several roads/paths are marked as closed and so the route planing does not use them despite there is no problem with these roads. I use them frequently. How to tell route planing to ignore the closed state of roads and use them while route paning?

Dear Matthias,

it depends. The default route planner (Graphhoper) uses the OpenStreetMap (OSM) data for routing. The best option is check that the road/path is mapped properly. Please create new OSM note:

Menu - More - OpenStreetMap Notes - Report Note - set the location of problem and write short description aboutissue. This is notification for OSM Mappers to check the path.

BTW: OSM is a community project where everyone contribute. You can also edit or map data for OSM if you're interested in. For more info - please see https://learnosm.org/en/

Thank you

Best regards

Petr

Thanks, I've edited it directly in OSM. Lets see how long it takes to make this available in Graphhopper ...
