Cloud Based Attachment in Export and attachment creation

Creating a point with an attachment has 7 options. It would be neat to have a cloud based attachment to simplify export between two smartphone.
The first smartphone will export to a table with "links" to a cloud file for the attachment. That way only the table will be shared between the two smartphone.
The exported table with links is easier to transfer than local pictures or recordings because they are relatively smaller in sizes.

thank you for the idea. I can see how this could be helpful in some use cases but I am afraid that for the vast majority of people handling some cloud links on the phone would be very impractical and/or at least very hard to implement to be easily usable.
Other way could be to try to directly include support to browse and link files from selected clouds but we could never support all the clouds people are using, the solution would be dependent heavily on the internet connection or there would have to be some smart local caching or synchronization done in the background to access files that are linked this way even in offline state.
So even though this is quite a nice idea, I choose to decline such request unfortunately, since it would require a lot of effort with uncertain usability and possibly very limited popularity of such feature. We will focus on our custom cloud-based synchronization solution instead to offer similar functionality with hopefully a better comfort and usability for our users.
