Hi,
it seems that you use Garmin *.img maps. I'm sorry but this format is not fully supported in Locus. Please download for example LoMaps from Locus Store. LoMaps are created from the same data and offer additional features like offline address search of db of POIs. More about LoMaps http://docs.locusmap.eu/doku.php?id=manual:user_guide:maps_locusmaps
