Locus Pro 3.0.2 (newest on androidpit)
Android 4.4.4 CM 11 M8, i9100

I already saw this problem and it was caused by incorrect instalation on side of Android. I suggest
- restart a device (usually helps on many problems)
- if it don't help, please try to re-install Locus
