Create a custom map with just one tile link

Hello, I'm trying to create a custom online map using your guide here

The problem is, I honestly don't understand the need for the three levels to have a map. I have just one link of 256x256 png tiles with the right schema. How can I add it to the xml file for Locus to read it?
I already tried various (pretty random) conbinations, but I can't get a result

Dear Michele,
I'd like to inform you that your approach very likely brakes terms of use of KOMPASS maps. Please consider it and use official KOMPASS maps that are available in Locus Store.
To your question: the three levels are not needed. It's only example how to compose map from several layers or overlays.
