Created folder with geocaches cannot be exported to box

Hello,


after I had successfully exported 6 folders created by me with geocaches to my "box" to save the data, the 7th folder can no longer be exported. After "Dropbox" the export of this folder works fine. After the 15th unsuccessful attempt I am helpless and have to ask the experts for friendly help.

Good day Kati,

in the moment, Locus Map generates GPX file and call system "Share" function, it is no longer the responsibility of Locus Map. I want to say that real reason why there is a problem should tell developer of your "box" application.

What you may do it check with some file manager if the exported file is correctly placed in the Locus/export directory and has a non-zero size.

As I see, you use a special "ë" character in the folder name. Maybe this may cause a problem? May you please try to remove this character from the exported filename, if this will make a difference?

Thank you for pointing that out. The umlaut / special character (ä) in the name of the folder was actually the problem that the folder could not be exported to Box. After renaming the folder, the export worked fine.
