Good day Fred,

this error message probably comes from BRouter application, not from Locus Map. Please try to start BRouter application (from list of apps on your device) and check in "download mode", if you have all required files downloaded. I may also suggest from time to time to redownload already downloaded area, because of new data format. let me know if it helped.

Yes, it is from brouter, and i install it correct, but cannot navigate

Oki, then I do not understand why you search for help in different application support forum and not a BRouter support forum. Anyway this error message definitely means that some data files are missing. If you are sure that this area is already downloaded, then I suggest to completely delete "brouter" directory in your device and download all data again. This will guarantee that all data are fresh and complete.
