Default setting altitude

If I can set altitude, I get locus question, how ... online or offline? I set it only offline. I have one improvements. In locus setting I set how Locus set altitude.
- Always online
- Always offline
- On request (The current solution)
If I set always offline and Locus don`t have offline hgt data, ask me for download it.

system of downloading of elevation files had changed few months ago, so I believe it is a lot better now. There is automatic filling of altitudes from offline files. Only in case, these files are missing, online option appear.
