Degraded application menu.
Solved
In "point screen" -> programs menu (second icon from the right edge of the screen) there is only navigation application present. No street view application, as was before.

if only one application is available for you, i think you have set this one as default on last use.
So open app details of this app in your android system and click "clear data"
On next start of Locus all navigation applications on your device should be available

I'm not sure if balloni's suggestion is related to this problem. Google a few months ago completely changed it's Street View application and this app available on Google Play is useless in this case. What Locus needs to correctly offer Street View from point bottom menu, is latest version of Google Maps installed on your device. Do you have this app installed?

Perfect, glad to hear. Google also now allows to deeply integrate Street view into all apps, but it also require huge Google services, which is something I do not want for now ...
