deleted all stored data
Solved
Today Locus crashed on my phone and froze the system. This is nothing special on my phone.
After restart I realized, that all my vector maps from Locus dir are gone. And also all my stored waypoints and geocaches are gone.
Internal settings of Locus stays untouched.
Locus Free(2.4.3) on HTC Desire, Andorid 2.3.3
I`m using Geocaching4Locus addon.
The same problem 
vldd, I`m sorry for that, but it have to be some serious issue with your SD card. Mainly Vector maps cannot be simply deleted by Locus. They are used only for "read-only" access. Suggest to do some control of your SD card by any diagnostics program (Windows itself may do it) to prevent some next data deletion not only in Locus
