Hi, I am currently using Locus displaying the Lat/Lon format Degrees,Mins and Decimal minutes but when I edit the waypoint the format is in Degrees and decimal degrees. Is there a way that the edit format remains the same as the selected display format? Regards Bart.

Good day Bart,

please check language & units settings in Locus ( http://docs.locusmap.eu/doku.php?id=manual:user_guide:settings:lang_units ) , "Lat/lon format". This is what you are looking for.

Hope this helps.

Hi Menion,

Thank you for your reply but I don't think you understand my issue.  I have checked my settings in the language and unit settings and they are set to display Lat/Lon in Degrees, minutes and decimal minutes ( -38 14.748).  All waypoints are correctly displayed in this format.  However if I want to edit the waypoint the only format available in the pop-up is Degrees and decimal degrees( -38.2458),  which is entirely different to the selection in the language and unit settings. Is there any way that the edit dialogue so it is the same as the selection in the language and unit settings.

Regards,

Bart Bretherton.

Good day Bart,

ah sorry, now I understand. In dialog where you edit coordinates, there is a selection of format at top of edit dialog ( if we talk about this screen http://docs.locusmap.eu/doku.php?id=manual:user_guide:tools:location#coordinates_edit_dialog ). Simply tap on top format value and choose what you want.
