it’s possible to move all directory /data or at least the directory data/media into the MicroSD as for the directory data/srtm ?

I'm afraid it's not possible. If you have Android newer than 5.0 it's possible to use mapsVector, SRTM and Backup directories on external SD card but none else. More info (why it is so, and details) here: http://docs.locusmap.eu/doku.php?id=manual:faq:use_sdcard_on_kitkat
