Display and calculation of burned energy (calories) dosn't work anymore

With Locus Map Pro version 3.18.0/3.18.1 it came the calculation of burned energy. It worked without any problems for a while. Since one of the last updates 3.18.6 or 3.18.5 it shows always 0 on my dashboard.

Does anyone else have same problem?

we do not have reported any problem with calories. May you please post some screenshot(s), what you see on device? Also please check if you have still correctly set your parameters in track recording settings > Personal information.

Glad it helped. It looks like it will be a good idea to somehow notify in "calories field", why value is 0. I'll be thinking about it.

Same problem.

Calculation of the burned energy always shows zero. The heart rate readings are displayed normally.

may you please check:

activity defined for your recording profile (it's visible by icon of recording profile), or simply create new recording profile with defined activity
check in settings > Personal details .. if there isn't any defined non-sense

Personal data is defined.

The pulse sensor connects and works.

The pulse data is recorded in the track and exported to Strava. https://www.strava.com/activities/1598191481/analysis

Understand. I probably see a problem. Below your four defined recording profiles in settings isa button "Add new profile". Use it and choose an activity you want to track. After that, try to record a track with this newly created recording profile. I'm sure it will work.

The problem seems to be that you use Locus Map for really long time right? You have some old profile definition that does not know which activity you do => it is not possible to compute consumed energy. Hope this helps.
