this is something we currently work on. Currently directly in Locus is possible download HGT (elevation) files only during "Fill altitude". So if you try to "Fill altitude" for points that cover whole country .... :).

Is there any way to download elevation for a entire country ?
Go to main menu > more > add new route, draw a route filling the whole country (a few points at 2 sides of the country suffice to create a zig zag track that fills the area ) and let Locus fill the route altitude.

Better solution ... with latest version 3.4.0 (and later) download any vector map directly from Locus store. After that, Locus offers download of all HGT files that exactly cover whole downloaded offline vector map. Warning: only in Locus Pro.

Unfortunately not (at least at this moment). Contour lines (curves) has to be part of the map. Anyway Locus vector map contains contour lines.
