displaying Mapforge POIs

Is there a way to display mapforge POIs just like the ones provided by Landmaps?

These endpoints can be obtained from https://www.openandromaps.org/ or http://download.mapsforge.org/pois/ but I couldn't import them into locus like that.

I realise these are the same POIs displayed in the map, but in the map they are shown really small, it's very hard to see.

Also it's not possible to search offline unless a database is installed.

Thanks

Hi,

OSM POIs are available in Locus only within LoMaps. Offline search and browsing of POIs is possible with Points of interest feature (Locus menu > more > Points of interest)

Or even just show the POIs on the map with a better way? They are very small with openandromaps

Mapsforge POIs depict the same data as LoMap POIs - OSM. So you can use LoMaps instead of OpenAndroMaps (even with OAM themes) or vote for implementation of MF POIs: http://help.locusmap.eu/topic/import-poi-file
