Distance to Waypoint Displayed on Map

The distance to the waypoint or geocache used to be displayed with the navigation arrow on the map. With Locus Pro 3.23.0 the distance is no longer being displayed. I found that useful when navigating with the map and particularly geocaching versus having to glance from the map to the bar at the top and back again. Is there a way to turn that back on or is it a lost feature?

I did have Distance set for the Figure above guiding line setting. I changed it to Figure below guiding line but still no distance displayed. I also tried both but with no change.

Thanks,

Doug

Hello,

@balloni55: for you something change in settings .. again? Hmm, should not except compass.

@DougPeterson: weird. Check please also defined color and text size right below these two settings. This is only that may affect this. Text size should be at least 10+ pixels, color some with less transparency.

The text size was 14.0 px. I tried changing it on one phone to 10 and on another phone to 20. In both cases the value now showed up as well as when I changed it back to 14.

There are two things I noticed. The first is that the initial value was 14.0 with a decimal point and a zero. I could not put a decimal point back in. The second is that I had one phone displaying a satellite image. Against the dark background I saw a white dot just to the side of the map cursor which followed the map cursor around. This could possibly have been the text just displayed at a very small value.

Thanks,

Doug

Hello,

so it seems that app had some problem with correct setup of this 14 px value, right? Thanks for information, I'll be watching it. And glad it works now for you.
