"road not suitable for non off road caravans"
so I suppose LoMaps have no basis to decide about that. There is the tag smoothness about the surface passibility, but it is not used much and it does not relate to road geometry.
I suppose the only way is, for non paved ways to ask local people or web resources about the road conditions.

I have found later -for others who might want such info,
Navman have a a feature called "large vehicle assist" they say is relevant to caravans at $35 which I bought.
