Does not start track recording

Good Morning.
Recently I have acquired the PRO version and the problem I detect is that it does not record the track. It detects the GPS position correctly and with an accuracy in range, but neither the route time nor the distance is recorded (always 0) from the start.
I have it installed on a Samsung S7 (SM-G930F). Android 8.0
Is there any incompatibility with this terminal or Android version?
Add that the app is in the list of applications without battery restrictions

Sorry, I found the "problem" and it is not the application.
Somehow the GPS settings of the terminal changed from High Accuracy to Energy Saving. Once set to High Accuracy the application worked correctly.
