It is anyway hard to detect, that really nothing had changed. Internal app settings are little hidden and can't be tested by date/time. App has many files and some are modified during start (even when checking if backup should be started).
So sorry, I'm declining this idea. It is too complicated to make it reliable with small benefit. Thanks for understanding.
