Don't reset track chart zoom level if display turned off then on

At present if the track chart is zoomed in, and the display is turned off or auto-turns off, when the display is turned back on the chart is reset to 100% and hence the zoom level is lost. I thought this had been reported once before but I can't find that help topic. I think it was be good to preserve the chart zoom level.
