unfortunately, free welcome maps can not be downloaded to a notebook - they can be downloaded only to Locus Map, which is an application running on Android mobile devices only. If you wish to use the app, install it from Google Play and download welcome maps into it this way: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=bxo7dstIn5c. Don't be confused by the part about "purchasing". First three LoMaps are for free.
