Downloading offline maps start again after restart

Hi!
Downloaded offline map of Spain.
But after closing Locus Map and launching it again - application starts downloading offline map from the Store again and again.
The same problem

this is really interesting. You are downloading "CNIG Spain" maps? Is previous downloading successfully finished or is there any error? In case, downloading is finished successfully, there should be logically no reason to repeat downloading.
After valid downloading, you should see "green ok" symbol in notification center.
