Downloading problem

I am now unable to purchase and download more Locus mapping on my smart phone as I get the following message

'this item cannot be downloaded/purchased in current Locus version'

Any ideas??

Which version of Locus do you run ?

Which App Store do you use (Google or Amazon) ?

Hi Michael.


I am using Locus pro if that helps which I loaded onto my Sony Experia Z phone in May this year. I was able to purchase locoins and download maps and successfully used the app on a cycling tour through Europe during July and August. My ability to download mapping probably stopped sometime in September although the app seems to be fully functional apart from this. I am using the Google AppStore. Thanks. Chris

Hello Chris,


I only guess because I don't know precise info. However I guess that: you want to download some LoMaps but you use Locus Map application in version 3.16.x or older. Please update (via Google Play) on the latest version of Locus Map application and then try to download/purchase map again.
