Duplicate track recording profile

There seems to be no quick way to duplicate a track recording profile. Also, deleting it has a very different UI to everything else (edit and then there's an option to delete somewhere in the middle of things, intead of having edit/copy/delete in a popup menu).

Hello Tomáši,

for me it's little complicated to choose a correct design. "Settings" button on right side of profile is used more then here in various Locus settings screens and it's quite common, because editing of settings it usually only feature you wants to do here.

In this case is anyway alternative option also to "delete" profile and in your case also "duplicate profile".

I'll think about design updates of right menu, anyway duplicating as well as deleting of recording profile is really rare feature ( duplicating even more I believe ), so I decline this idea because of low usage. Few settings that recording profile contains may be easily set manually when needed. Thanks for understanding.

Okay, I'll try to figure something out using sqlite. At least I hope it's stored in some sqlite database somewhere.

Nope sorry, recording profiles are stored in internal app system. Probably only accessible on rooted device, but it's in XML format and I should not recommend to touch it. Why you need this at all?

More of a mental block against manually copying the profile setting by setting. I wanted to create different cycling profiles, one for training (sensors, live tracking shared with my wife, export as public to Strava), commuting (no sensors, no live track, export as private to Strava) and critical mass rides (no sensors, live tracking to criticalmaps.net, export as public to Strava), and creating all from scratch seemed stupid. But on second thought if I wanted to change something later I'd have to change it manually anyway, so I should just deal with it. :-))
