Dynamic POI filter by distance

I'm looking for a dynamic POI filter by distance. When driving around, I want to see only POIs in a radius of 20 Km. Nice would be also to update the POI filter while scrolling through the map.

fully automatic continuous point filtering is not present. However, you can filter points by distance manually - go to Point manager > select folder > filter points in desired distance (https://docs.locusmap.eu/doku.php?id=manual:user_guide:points:management#how_to_filter_points)

Are there any planes implementing such thing?
Sometimes, well quite often, I want to have a quick way to "see" POIs within my reach. Your mentioned path needs to much attention.
I tried setting up a custom filter and adding this filter to a dashboard. Custom filters from the filter manager are not supported in dashboard editor. Any reason why not?
Maybe this is easier to implement as they are already there. Somewhere in Locus ;)
