Empty geocaching logs

I noticed yesterday that it is possible to submit a DNF log with no log text. Maybe it is also possible to submit other logs (Found) with empty text, but I haven't tested that.
Anyway, you will get an api error when trying to do this and I think it is a better idea if Locus Map warn you about empty log text before it try to submit it to the api.

good point, thanks. Seems I made a check on the length of the note in app code, but it did not work correctly.
