error code 1812

When I updata the locus map from google play store and then the new version can not start.After a long waiting with an initializtion process, it turn to a error page like the picture.
What can i do with the problem?Thank you!

The error 1812 means a timeout of Google Play store. Please, check your internet access to Google Play app.
