Exclude POI categories from "search by name"

I imported a large number of POIs (~ 12000) in a new category. Naturally, "search by name" is slowed down because of these POIs.
As I know I will never use "search by name" to find one of these POIs, it would be useful to exclude single categories from "search by name" to speed up searching.
This might be useful for everybody who imports larger number of POIs like WLAN hotspots, cashpoints, speed cams etc.-- you usually won`t search by name for a WLAN hotspot, you are just interested in it`s location...
I like this idea 
I imported LPG gas stations not into the POI database, but add them as map items, so these points are displayed but not searched etc. Maybe this also satisfies your need.

as I see, there is no huge interest in this feature and I also do not consider it as too useful. Understand that search may take some time, but I think better solution should be optimize search speed, then reducing by some "complicated" UI number of categories (probably similar to POI alert page). Thanks for understanding.
