export function for a list of tracks and POI

Hi guys,

trying to sync to devices and the storage of my PC w/o dropbox lead me to problems:

: i can not see all tracknames because they are too long

: comparing tracks "by eyes" on different devices is a pain in the a**

: i can not see the version of the content of the db, so a list can be a snapshot

So i suggest to implement a function to create a list of tracks and POI within the backup manager.

Export should look like the structure of groups, folders, tracks /POI, means nested as shon in track manager.
