Exporting data to my new mobile phone

Hi

I have been attempting to transfer my Locus pro app to my new phone.

Using the usual process of transferring data has been successful with most items but with the locus pro app all I have is the app but with none of my mapping data or my locoin account record.

I have tried other apps which suggest they can copy data from the old to the new phone but with no luck.

My old phone is a Sony Experia Z1 and my new phone is a Sony Experia X

Any suggestions would be welcome.
