Free upload within one year
Not a Problem
Dear Locus, I downloaded the map of Nigeria on April 26 2015. I wanted to download it again as stated in your conditions but it charged me 20 coins again. How can I do the free update? Thanks.

I'm sorry for troubles I've checked your account and I guess that this is probably misunderstanding of downloading system. Locus offers one year free downloading for purchased version of LoMaps. But you purchased new version of LoMaps and for this reason why you had to pay 20 loCoins. Let me explain it:
You've purchased Nigeria map in version " 2015.04.09" on April 26 2015 This version is available for your till April 26 2016. But today morning you've purchased version "2015.12.30" - this is newer version and it's charged.
In case that you can download older version, locus shown buttons "DOWNLOAD" in detail of map in Locus Store. "UPDATE" button causes the purchase of the latest version. You should see also the warning dialog that update is charged.

Many thanks for your quick answer. I thought I has seen that within one year even new version were available but I can find it again on your site.
But let me ask an other question. Tracks and wpt can be downloaded in dxf format. It would be extremely useful to me to be able to upload also such files. Are you going to implement this?

I know that this system is quite complicated but it is and it was always the same.
DXF for import. Sorry it's not possible and we don't have any plans for such feature. You can probably find some tools that are able to convert DXF to KML or GPX. These formats are the best solution for import data into Locus
