I installed Locus Pro on a galaxy 2 tablet. Bigger screen, so I don`t need a lens anymore, but when I want to navigate to a POI the message "problems with internet conections" appears, what could be the problem?

Standard navigation requires an internet connection for calculating the first time of a specific route (and for eventual recalculation afterwards when you leave the route or miss a street etc).
My guess is you were outdoors without WIFI and your tablet has no SIM card/data connection? So you had no internet connection and Locus could not calculate the route. It needs online the services of Google or Mapquest fot that.
