Garmin 735XT gps doesn't connect

Hello,
I just downloaded the Pro version of the Locus map application on my Galaxy A5, it works perfectly! I would like to use the external gps feature and connect it with my Garmin 735XT watch: I have installed the LocusMap addon on ConnectIQ and Locus map for Garmin but it doesn't work.
Locus map for Garmin application can find the 735XT device and seems to connect but when I try to pair the watch in Locus map it immediatly says "Impossible to connect to the device"... any idea on how to solve this issue ?

Hi Thomas, Garmin watches can't be used as external GPS as they do not support required connectivity standard for it. Locus Maps for Garmin also do not provide such capability.

Hello. same problem with Garmin Forerunner 945. i just want to use the data transfer between the watch and the apps on my Phone. the apps says " I can't connect the device". however my watch and my phone are synchronized.
why ?

Hi Jerome, it is not same problem at all. :) Do you have installed Locus Map for Garmin app in your smartphone?
