GC Live Map duplicates Geocaches

I'm using GC Live Map on offline vector map. I have no waypoints saved offline. While guiding to a geocache, the geocaches are duplicated 2-3 times, so when I arrive near the cache and try to display details, I get popup with 3 indetical waypoints and trying to choose one of them (any of them) just results in the popup to disappear instead of displaying the popup with details. I haven't found a way how to display cache details in this state. The only thing that helps is restarting Locus and let it load geocaches again, which is very inconvenient.

Hi Lubos,

confirm cache duplicates identicaly your description.

for me it´s independent from used map.

I can reproduce it

- guide on cache

- zoom in ZL16-17> cache isn´t visible on screen

- move map that cache is visible on map

-label is doubled and not ckickabable

you can reset this behavior by "long click" on data icon > "remove temp map items"

Hi guys,

I need only more time on all these tasks :). Anyway issue found. I cannot say I'm happy with fix I made, as it may cause some troubles somewhere else, but for now, consider this problem as fixed. Thanks

I don't think these are same problem. Issue you mentioned is caused by two real versions of cache - one from own Locus database, one from Live Map.

In this case, it's different situation. When you move a cache (from Live Map) of map, it disappear from Locus because new data (new visible points) replace old item on a map. But if guidance on that cache is enabled, Locus needs to keep reference to this cache somewhere, and when it appear again on screen, it needs to correctly attached to this cache. And because this "attach" do not yet work perfectly, Locus created "duplicates" - new cache from Live Map and one or more instances of current target for guidance.

I have this problem over many years with locus pro and I really hate it, when it comes up.

The double list entries I would call a "beauty mistake". But it's really annoying, that you can't open the details of these caches. So you are forced to kill and restart the app or delete the temporary map items and then move the map to reload the caches again.

So if you can only solve the problem of opening the cache details, it would be a great thing.

I wonder, that there is not more response on this issue. On some days this happens to me several times and lowers my mood.
