GPS not working

i bought locus pro yesterday to combine map + offline + kmz. Everything works fine, but i cannot use gps on galaxy note 3. In Google Maps - no problem. In locus 4 satelites or found, but nothing to see on the map.
Whats wring here?

this is really very weird. Locus, Google Maps and generally all apps on Android use same source for GPS data. This means, when one app has any problems with GPS, it should be on 99% problem in all apps.
So may you please check this once more? Rarely restart of device may help, as it resets all possible variables in your device that may block correct usage of GPS.
