Gps off at screen off

Hi GPS always turns off when the screen is turned off.
Recording, guiding, all the same..
Double-checked all settings, restarted etc.
The same problem

I have this problem on my Pixel 2 after upgrading to Android 10. The solution was to go to settings on my phone and set location permission for Locus to "Allow all the time".
However, with the next Locus update it changed back to "Allow only while using app". I have to remember after each Locus update to change back to "Allow all the time".
