your question is not absolutely clear...
so if you want to see the content of the gpx file to edit or modify it use an editor e.g. Notepad++
or if you want to display it on PC use e.g. RouteConverter
alternatively you can run Locus in a virtual device on PC

another option is importing the GPX to one of many web services like Bikemap.net, Cykloserver.cz, GPSies.com etc.
