Solved
There is a problem with the canary islands map. I am in Las palmas de gran Canaria and there is a tile missing in the city. I am located in the centre of this tile and cannot find my way out of the city!
Same on two devices. And have tried download again. Same problem.

I'm sorry for troubles. The issue is already fixed - please wait for next release of Locus Map application. It'l be released at the end of February.
