Hardware devices auto-start in Preset

It would be useful to be able to auto-start some hardware devices (bluetooth/ant+) in a preset. For example, in the cycling preset I would like to connect my cadence sensor.
Exactly this feature already exists in track recording. Could we also have it in the presets?
I like this idea 
You can add the track recording profile to pressets. Then you have it with you.
