Hi, New Samsung S10. Logged in and tried to download maps (LoMaps) got error11305. Help please

Hi,

Can"t download Italy North LoMap. Attached screenshot of the error I got.

Hi Gianfranco,

I'm sorry for troubles. Would you please try following:

  • Open Android system settings > Apps > Google Play service > storage > tap on clear data , clear cache
  • Open Locus > Menu > Store > right account panel > 'Change account' (to logout from Locus Store)
  • Open again right account panel > login again
  • Try to download map

Please let me know about progress
