Hide Compass when in auto rotate

Hi,

is there a way to hide the compas (north arrow) when in auto rotate mode? During navigation i do not really care where north actually is and the compass interferes with my dashboard.

Good day Ulrich,

currently there is no option to hide this icon on the map.

Only option is to create custom set of "map cursors" and instead of this icon, create a transparent icon. It is anyway more complicated task, just warning. Some sets may be also downloaded from Locus Store so they may serve as samples.

I think there is a misunderstanding: The navigation cursor is fine with me.

It is the little compass arrow in the top left corner of the map (see screenshot where the big magenta arrow points to). The one that shows the orientation of the map on the display when in autorotation mode.

Nono I understand correctly. In this pack of map cursors is also icon called "ic_rotate_arrow.png", which is this rotation compass in corner.

Well I understand it is not perfectly clear. It is a set of "map cursors" (like map center, moving cursor etc.) and between them is small icon for compass. Anyway because it is not too frequently used, I'm keeping it for now as is.

Hope this not-so-easy solution will work for you. If there will be something I may help, feel free to ask.
