but if I add an new point it doesen't go along paths and streets. It only add the airline

When editing a ready made track the inserting trackpoints is up to you - no routing service interferes. If you create a new track, you can plan it with help of a router, see http://docs.locusmap.eu/doku.php?id=manual:user_guide:tracks:planning#drawing_instructions

If I understand the Polish message correctly, it says it cannot start the route "Trasa" because "Route and measurement" is active.

Are you trying to start navigation before you saved the route "Trasa"?
